Dynamics of subjective Characteristics of Personality in the Process of studying at the university

Abstract: 

The article suggests the data of empirical research showing the peculiarities of dynamics of the complex of subject personality characteristics with the students in the process of education. The research has found significant differences in the structure of subject organization in the students of the first and the last years. It has been discovered that by the last year students show characteristics of creational subjectness that not only defines she high level of aspiration and selffulfillment, but also complete system of humanistic values. The article presents the results of empirical research on the sample group of 50 students of the first and the fifth years of studies. The following
diagnostic tools have been used: self-fulfillment test; questionnaire for volitional self-control; test for life-meaning orientation; method for diagnostics of subjective control level; statistical method - factor analysis. The results obtained allow using them for organization and running counselling activities for the first year students in order to develop their goal setting skill and harmonize their I-concept.
