Educational Acmeology

The increasing complexity of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the educational environment prompts the research aimed at investigating the modern social and cultural landscape and identifying acmeological mechanisms of social and psychological aspects of the school safe climate. The theoretical framework of the study was based on the concept of "cultural traditions" proposed by D. B. Zilberman and devoted to normative and value types of attitudes to reality.

The topical problem of pedagogical psychology is to identify the conditions and factors of students’ personal agency development. One of the ways to solve the problem is to build adequate mathematical models. The purpose of the study is to justify the use of multimediator analysis in modelling a fractal psychological and pedagogical system so as to describe the ways and stages of students’ agency development in the course of the study. It is hypothesized that ways of performing learning actions are considered as elements of the stages of learners’ personal agency formation.

The article describes the results of scientific study reflection on acmeological technologies, which are the main mechanisms of adoption of a uniquely designed activity systems aimed at achieving a highly productive level of development of artistic potential in all participants.

The relevance of the problem of adolescent behavior in the digital educational environment is conditioned by acceleration of education digitalization processes, which participate in the formation of a new type of behavior, i.e. digital behavior, that is defined as a system of actions associated with the use of the digital environment. The purpose of the present work is to investigate the current state of this problem and outline the prospects for its further study on the basis of the analysis and generalization of Russian and foreign sources.

The relevant problem of social educational psychology is to identify states of self-organization and self-development of students’ psychological traits in the academic group. One of the possible ways to solve the problem is to use the mathematical theory of dynamic systems to determine the attractors of the development stages of university students’ agency. The purpose of the study presented in the article is to substantiate application of the theory of complex dynamic systems in modeling development stages of university students’ agency.

The relevance of the problem stated in this article is conditioned by the important socio-cultural goal, that modern Russian school faces, of becoming the basis for the spiritual and moral development and education of an individual. Problem solving leads to the need for searching for resources that activate the educational process, which leads it to the environment of pupils’ values and meanings. The purpose of the study is to reveal the co-being approach to simulation and organization of pedagogical situations in working with pupils.

The transition of Russian society to the post-industrial stage actualizes the problem of developing educational systems based on innovations and the search for a relevant methodology for managing pedagogical innovations. Its basis is the logistics of pedagogical innovations as the theory and practice of flow control in educational systems. The purpose of the study is to determine the paradigms of logistic development of pedagogical innovations as a methodology and mechanism for managing innovation in an educational holding.

The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that in the context of transformation of the education system, it is especially important for the teacher to know and understand the process of modeling educational activities with an acme-focus on the final result in the student. This presupposes that the teacher has developed professional competencies and competencies in the field of educational systems modeling and personal and professional acme-development of the student.

The relevance of the topic under study is conditioned by the dissatisfaction of both teachers and students with their relations with each other, which primarily blocks the formation of subjectness, student activity, including that in educational activities. The purpose of the study presented in the article is to study the possibility of predetermining constructiveness of interaction between teachers and students through personal and communicative qualities of teachers.

The relevance of the study of identity formation stages of a university student is determined by changes in modern Russian higher education primarily related to digitalization processes. The article presents the description of students’ identity formation features under conditions of higher education digitalization. The expediency of using an ecopsychological (ontological) model of identity formation is shown, according to which the process of formation of subject qualities is viewed in the ontological continuum, i.e. “subject of spontaneous activity – subject of arbitrary action”.
