Polysubjectness of Work Culture of Teachers and Students in the Modern Artistic and Educational Space
Present time is the period of intensive development of various multicultural and integration processes, therefore, it is important to understand that the state of the future society, the culture of its subjects, capable of preserving, creating, and transmitting the accumulated socio-cultural heritage, cultural samples of the views of the world and activity, depend on the solution of socio-cultural problems of the present, the choice of priority strategies for their solution, and axiological landmarks. The proposed conceptual guidelines for cultural development of the society make high demands to the culture of professional and educational activities. In this article, based on the example of educational interaction in the system of contemporary art education, we reveal the problem of implementation specifics of the work culture by the teacher and students. The material reveals internal artistic-didactic and artistic-visual processes of organization of the subjects’ interaction; polysubjective mechanism of implementation of an adequate postindustrial culture, and the creatively oriented model of cultural practices of co-creation of teachers and students. The problem of rethinking the artistic and didactic culture of the teacher regarding the development of the culture of artistic and visual actions of students as creators and transmitters of successful models of action has been actualized in the present study. The position of the teacher and student in the artistic and didactic process is viewed in relation to the achievement of the main tasks of pedagogy and arts didactics, which are oriented towards the development of significant socio-cultural values, i.e. culture of creation and culture of work.
