The article deals with the results of theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of psychological formation mechanisms of students’ readiness to innovation activity. Innovation activity is an integral part of any organization or enterprise and it supports the competitiveness and survival of a person in modern changing world. It is demonstrated that readiness for innovation activity is an important condition for its effective implementation, use of existing knowledge, realization of personal skills, preservation of self-control and capability to react swiftly to the situation.

 Анализируются феномен социально-психологического стереотипа, его роль в учебно-педагогическом взаимодействии. Для изучения стереотипов предлагается авторский вариант методики множественной идентификации В. Ф. Петренко, модификация которого заключается в описании разнообразных типичных ситуаций, в которых могут оказаться школьники, в обозначении социальных и этнических групп, к которым они могут принадлежать. Представлены результаты пилотного исследования, выполненного на студенческой выборке Саратов- ского государственного университета им. Н. Г.

The article presents theoretical analysis of psychological peculiarities of prosocial behavior and its influence on the cooperation between representatives of different cultures. It views modern approaches to the study of prosocial behavior and ideas concerning its content and functions. The author shows the perspectives of studying prosocial behavior and factors of its determination under conditions of intercultural cooperation (through the example of students).
