The article analyses present-day state of the career development system and takes into account fundamentalization of education. The acmeological approach to the development of fundamental education is considered from the point of view of creating a spiritual product, i.e. solving professional problems. Productivity, where knowledge, competence, skill are compared with physical, mental, acmeological neoplasms in the traits of personalities of the participants in the educational process, is considered to be the main feature of fundamental education.

The paper presents the findings of a theoretical analysis of the formation of a specialist’s competitiveness in the context of a changing society. It presents the results of an empirical study that involved a sample of students (two academic groups of third-year students of Saratov Socio-Economic Institute (branch) of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (N = 59)) and used the following psychognostic instruments: «I am a leader» (A. N. Lutoshkin) and the Rokeach Value Survey (M. Rokeach).

Special features of career orientations of future engineers are described; they define the vector of professional formation and the level of professional development. The results of the empirical research are presented, the research was carried out on the representative sample (N = 82, M = 20,30 years, students of 2 - 6 years of study of National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» with different technical specialties) with application of the diagnostic tools: the method of «The questionnaire of self-organization activity by E. Yu.

В статье профессионализм преподавателя высшей школы рассматривается, как важнейшее условие его успешности при реализации роли агента социализации личности студента. С этих позиций представлена и анализируется психологическая модель профессионализма преподавателя высшей школы. 

Представлен теоретический анализ проблемы профессионального роста педагога дошкольного  образования.  Профессиональный  рост  педагога  рассматривается  автором  как  необходимое условие обеспечения качества дошкольного образования; под ним понимаются непрерывный  процесс  приобретения  профессионального  мастерства,  повышение  уровня компетентности  в  педагогической  деятельности.  Рассмотрены  основные  условия  профессионального роста руководителей и педагогов дошкольных образовательных организаций. Показано,  что  профессиональный  рост  педагогов  дошкольного  образования  находится
