The article presents the results of a theoretical study of parameters of socio-psychological adaptation as predictors of subjective well-being of the individual with different employment situations. It is shown that subjective well-being of a person is determined, in particular, by his/her desire for dominance in relationships, adequate integration of the individual in society, external control, comfortable emotional state, the desire to avoid solving problems and taking responsibility by escaping reality.

The article presents the results of a study which conclusively prove a correlation between self-realization and the individual’s hardiness. Individual and Psychological Features of Tendency to the Stress of Men and Women

In this article stated the results of the empirical research devoted to studying of interrelation between tendency to a stress and individual and psychological features of the personality. The empirical base of research made 60 people, of them 30 men and 30 women aged from 25 till 35 years. Individual and psychological features were studied by means of R. B. The Dynamics and Personal Predictors of Preferred Coping Strategies of Cadets of Military High School

The purpose of this article is to analyse overcoming behaviour models in terms of the military socialization of cadet personality. The data show the dynamics of behaviour strategies throughout the entire period of training in military high school. It has been discovered that the third year cadets are exposed to use overcoming behaviour strategies against common crisis conditions, which is expressed in reducing the importance of active and prosocial strategies and strengthening of passive and aggressive ones.

Socio-Cultural Matrix of Personality Development

The author uses her original approach to treat the role of personal representations of «Self – Other» in the development, formation, and self-determination of a person, which are constructed at different levels of the subject’s interaction (culture, society, personality). The paper suggests that it is culture and society that create conditions necessary for the development of personality by designing a kind of a socio-cultural matrix, but that it is a person that chooses meaningful reasons and value orientation for the trajectory of his/her spiritual and moral development.
