The increasing complexity of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the educational environment prompts the research aimed at investigating the modern social and cultural landscape and identifying acmeological mechanisms of social and psychological aspects of the school safe climate. The theoretical framework of the study was based on the concept of "cultural traditions" proposed by D. B. Zilberman and devoted to normative and value types of attitudes to reality.

Personal and Communicative Qualities of Teachers, Defining the Subject-Subject Interaction with Students

The relevance of the topic under study is conditioned by the dissatisfaction of both teachers and students with their relations with each other, which primarily blocks the formation of subjectness, student activity, including that in educational activities. The Problem of School-Based Anxiety from the Position of the Environmental Approach

The purpose of the study presented in the article is comparative analysis of level characteristics of subjectively perceived psychological well-being of the participants in the educational process in mono- and heterogenous educational space. It is supposed that there is interrelation between gender factors incorporated in a certain model of educational environment and subjective evaluation of psychological security of participants of educational process.

Refined Educational Environment: Characterizing the Phenomenon

The paper outlines the essence and types of educational environment and provides a detailed definition of refined educational space as a distinct type of educational environment. When analyzing educational environment, it is possible to use physicalistic and non-physicalistic logic. It is non-physicalistic logic that underlies this paper’s discussion of the phenomenon of refined educational environment. The paper further justifies the rationale for the research of educational environment in the context of socio-cultural environment.

Adaptive Readiness of Secondary School Students

This article presents the results of theoretical and long-term empirical study of adaptive readiness of secondary school students. Students (N = 83) and class teachers (N = 3) participated in the longitudinal study. The use of the following complexes of psychological and pedagogical instruments allowed to study the dynamics of adaptive readiness of students with initially high and low levels: «Chart of monitoring students’ adaptiveness and effectiveness of their learning activities» by E. S. Eskina, T. L. Bolbot, «Intellectual abilities test for children» by K.
